What happens in your company

In the SHK operation, scrap metal is produced on every construction site: in boiler replacement, in bathroom renovation, in the dismantling of old lines. Collected separately, it's almost always worth it.

Gunmetal scrap pieces are pump housings, impellers, plain bearings, sliders and cast fittings: reddish-brown, matte, sandy cast iron and because of the tin content the strongest grade in the yard. Gunmetal turnings In the case of post-processing of housings and bushings, they belong to a separate barrel, not to the light yellow Brass chips. Heavy brass scrap is the valve brass: valves, sliders, fittings and body over one kilo per piece. Brass 58 covers the golden yellow turning and milling parts and valve bodies, Brass 63 thin, light yellow plates and drawing parts. Copper pipe, copper sheet and pipe sections run as Refining-grade copperOnce insulation wool is off and no water is in the pipes.

What comes from boiler and roof area

Copper/brass radiators, iron-free means heat exchanger and cooler made of copper and brass, on which no more iron hangs, emptied and dry. Lead Comes as rolled lead and lead sheet from the fireplace connection and from throats as well as pipe lead from old buildings; we do not accept batteries and batteries. V2A waste up to 1,5 m are tubes, plates and rails made of 1.4301; the limit of length is a real acceptance criterion, longer ones must be shortened beforehand.

How pure it must be

The magnet belongs in the workshop, not on our farm: steel spindles in fittings, pressed cores in gunmetal housings, pin screws and steel bearing shells he finds in seconds. What remains seated makes of a gunmetal or brass type mixed commodity. Soldering tin pads also work on cooler floors, chromed surfaces and seals. On pipes from the dismantling press insulation wool, mortar and cement residues; water in pipes and coolers weighs with, it is not paid. Pick-up rhythm and container

From 500 kg we collect nationwide with our own fleet; the collection costs are staggered according to distance, lie between 40 and 350 euros and are fixed before the journey. In the case of fittings and gunmetal housings, the weight is reached earlier than the space suggests: a half-filled grid box of old valves is often at the limit. Settlement against credit

You do not take into account: We charge by credit according to § 14 para. 2 VATG, and the receipt bears grade, weight, date and amount. VAT is not based on the fact that the recipient of the benefit owes the tax on scrap metal, § 13b para. 2 no. 7 VATG. The basis is the weighing on calibrated scales; the weighing slip is yours.
