Those who want to get rid of scrap metal in the resin have had two options: drive to the local scrap dealer and take the price there, or look for a price online and find that the farm is 300 kilometers further. Since October 2026 there is a third way — a Delivery point in Goslar, with the same daily prices that are on this website.
This is the difference to the usual procedure: you see the price per kilogram and per grade, before They're leaving. No price information on the phone, no "come over, then we'll see". You choose your grades, specify the quantity, and the expected proceeds are there.
What a value-added farm accepts — and what does not
This is the most common disappointment, so we are right ahead: no recycling yard and no landfill. Household waste, bulky waste, furniture, building debris, used tires and green waste belong to municipal disposal and not to us. Whoever comes with it will drive for free.

What typically occurs in resin
The area around Goslar has a special feature, which is shown in the material: The mining and its downstream operations have left technology here for generations, and there are some of them in the case of dismantling and maintenance. Pump housing and fittings made of gunmetal, copper rails from old switchgear, stainless steel containers, drive parts.
The usual: craft enterprises with cable residues and pipe sections, machining plants with chip barrels, home owners, where copper pipes and radiators remain after heating or sanitary renovation. Especially in the case of sanitary dismantling, separation is worthwhile: copper tube brings a multiple of mixed scrap, and it is sorted apart in ten minutes.
What raises the classification
Variety purity. This is the whole rule, and it is the same for every metal: a grade free of foreign metal, plastic, rubber and paint residues is classified higher than the same material in a mixed pile. A magnet shows in seconds what is left of iron on a non-ferrous metal part — screws, spindles, pressed-in cores. If you sort them out, you better sell them.
We draw down moisture and oil, especially in chips, as well as composite parts, which we have to take apart before recycling.
If Goslar doesn't fit
The delivery point is located within the vicinity of Bad Harzburg, Seesen, Clausthal-Zellerfeld and Langelsheim; anyone coming from Salzgitter or Wolfenbüttel can find under Subcontracting point Braunschweig possibly the shorter way. Both are about 40 kilometers apart.
