Non-ferrous metals is the collective name for non-ferrous metals – all that no iron has as its main component. In this group we mainly lead tin and non-ferrous metals; copper, brass, aluminium and stainless steel have their own groups in the Purchase of metal. Common is the non-ferrous metals: The value depends on the alloy, not on the weight alone.

Tin – the salary makes the price

We buy Tin 99%, Tin 90%, Tin 60% and Tin 30% The Tin 99% is pure tin of the highest commercial quality and occurs as Bangka tin, tableware tin, anode tin or specification product. Tin 60% and tin 30% are typical solder tins made of electronics, installation and metal processing, often as tin-lead lot. The purchase price follows the stock exchange quotation and the tin content: the higher the salary, the higher the remuneration – between pure tin and tin-poor lot is many times more.

That's why separating here is especially worthwhile. If you throw pure tin and soldering in a bucket, the mixture is evaluated according to the lowest percentage. If you are not sure what kind you have in front of you, we will determine the salary during the review and explain to you what we are going to do.

What raises the price and what lowers it

To the top, pure, clean goods, clearly defined alloys and – if available – an analytical certificate work. Down draw iron attachments, plastic, flux residues, scabs and slag because we have to sort them out before recycling. The daily prices of all grades are open at Metal prices.

Three Ways to Us

Delivery. Industriestraße 4, 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, without appointment. What you should bring is under Delivery.

Shipping. We'll accept your shipment up to 1,000 kg. In the case of tin-rich goods, a significant amount comes together with just a few kilograms – shipping here is calculated earlier than with most other metals.

Pick-up. From 500 kg we pick up Germany-wide with our own fleet. The collection costs are staggered after distance and are fixed before the journey.

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing on a calibrated scale, the weighing slip is yours. After weighing, we pay out within 24 hours – in cash upon delivery or by bank transfer. From 1,000 € we need an ID card under the Money Laundering Act; in the case of commercial delivery, the tax liability applies according to § 13b UStG. For more than ten years, we have been running this business as a family, and the same person who examines your scrap metal will also explain the evaluation.
