Sell lead, zinc & electric motors

Three materials, one thought: lead, zinc and electric motors rarely occur alone. They come from roofs and workshops, from renovations, shooting stands and retired machines – and all three are not evaluated per piece, but according to what is actually in it. We buy from private individuals as well as from businesses, in Ludwigshafen am Rhein and Germany-wide.

Lead

Lead This is the case for lead, lead, lead, lead, balance weights or bullet lead. Due to the high density, even small quantities bring together weight: A carton of lead sheets weighs more than it looks. Clean, varietal soft lead is best remunerated without iron, plastic or foreign adhesions. We evaluate battery lead, bullet lead and highly contaminated balancing lead separately and lower – the processing effort is higher.

Zinc

Zinc Most of them know as gutters or sheet metal; in addition, die castings, galvanizing waste and anodes. New, bare goods are usually slightly better remunerated than old, oxidized zinc. Iron adhesions, plastic and heavy pollution are pushing the price because we need to sort it out.

Electric motors and cables

Electric motors are rated according to their copper content – the winding makes the value, not the housing. That's why motors without attachments achieve the best price: without gearboxes, pumps, flanged electronics and cable residues. The cleaner the engine is freed from it, the better the rating. Our standard position covers electric motors without attachments up to 500 kg from; we calculate larger and heavier aggregates individually. Aluminium copper cable from coolers, air conditioning systems and special lines we evaluate according to the ratio of copper to aluminium content. If pure copper cables can be cut off, sell them under Copper Almost always better.

Deliver, ship, pick up

You can deliver without appointment: Industriestraße 4, 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We'll accept shipments up to 1,000 kg. From 500 kg we pick up Germany-wide with our own fleet; the collection costs are staggered after distance and are fixed before the journey. Especially with lead and engines, the 500 kg limit is reached faster than many think.

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing is calibrated, the weighing is yours. Payment is made within 24 hours, cash or by bank transfer. From €1,000, the money laundering law requires an identification card; in the case of commercial delivery, the tax debtor applies according to § 13b UStG.
