What is new to brass 58 blank

As good as new production waste from MS58: stabbed turning parts, scrap from machining, residual pieces of round and hexagonal rods, profile and sheet metal sections, fittings and fittings blanks that were never installed. The surface is golden yellow and blank, the material does not carry a seal, no thread made of steel and no coating.

MS58 includes CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N, 2.0401), CuZn39Pb2 (CW612N, 2.0380) and CuZn40Pb2 (CW617N, 2.0402).

Turning and machining plants, fittings and fitting manufacturers, apparatus construction, contract-makers with rod material. There the goods come into containers in a grade of ways – that's exactly how we accept them.

Which lowers the classification

Rubber seals, steel spindles and iron screws, chromed or nickel-plated surfaces, plastic parts, soldering tin residues, oil and emulsion in the container. If we find such attachments, we classify the delivery as brass 58 waste and remunerate accordingly lower. Chips do not belong here, but to Brass turnings.

Delimitation to brass 58 waste and brass 63

Used fittings, faucets and expanded fittings are Brass 58 scrap. Brass 63 has more copper and comes as sheet metal or deep drawing part. Choose the grade yourself; it will be checked at the time of receipt, calculated according to the actual grade.

This is how the parcel shipment works

Choose grade, specify quantity, receive shipping label by e-mail, deliver package to DHL. Up to 1,000 kg goes Germany-wide, per package maximum 31.5 kg; the shipping costs of 6 euros per package are charged with the payment. Turned parts are heavy – more like several small cartons than a large one.

From what amount is the collection worthwhile

In the Rhein-Neckar-Raum we collect a lot for collection costs, from 500 kg in Germany with our own fleet. The collection costs are staggered after distance and are fixed before the journey. For current quantities from production request an offer.

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing on calibrated scales, the weighing is yours. Payment is made within 24 hours after weighing, cash or by bank transfer, from 25 euros. In the event of major payments, the Money Laundering Act requires an ID card; in the case of commercial delivery, § 13b UStG applies. The daily price shows Metal prices.
