What counts to carbide piece scrap

Tungsten carbide parts scrap are larger, massive carbide parts: drawing stones and drawing rings, wear parts from presses and mills, matrices and stamps as well as fragments from about fist size. The classification shall be carried out after analysis.

Forming technology and wire drawing plants, pressing plants, drilling technology, paper and plastics industry, maintenance in plant construction.

Which lowers the classification

Compressed steel frames and shrink rings, rubber seals, oil and grease, ceramic parts as well as dirt. Steel coats are best removed, as far as this can be done without much effort.

Delimitation to mixed carbide

Small parts and unsorted collection boxes run mixed as carbide. We use pure tools as Solid-carbide drills, all grades show the group Carbide.

This is how the parcel shipment works

Up to 1,000 kg you send carbide by DHL all over Germany: Choose grade, specify quantity, receive shipping label by e-mail, submit package – per parcel up to 31.5 kg, 6 Euro per package will be charged with the payout. Individual pieces weigh a lot – distribute drawing stones on several cartons.

From what amount is the collection worthwhile

From 500 kg we pick up Germany-wide with our own fleet. The collection costs are staggered after distance (40 to 350 euros) and are fixed before the trip. For whole pallets request an offer in advance.

Delivery to Ludwigshafen

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing on calibrated scales, the weighing is yours. Payments are made within 24 hours, cash or by bank transfer; under 25 euros no sale is possible. In the event of major disbursements, the Money Laundering Act requires an ID card, commercially applies § 13b UStG. Choose the grade yourself; the classification takes place after analysis, calculated according to the actual grade.
