Mixed carbide scrap from drills, milling cutters, inserts and wear parts does not have to be sorted. We calculate the carbide scrap price per kg daily.

What counts to tungsten carbide mixed

Carbide mixed is carbide scrap, which lies together unsorted: inserts, drill and milling remains, saw teeth and small parts of different types in one container. The classification shall be carried out after analysis.

Typical seizure sites

Machining and tool grinding, maintenance in mechanical engineering, sawmills with carbide-filled sheets.

Which lowers the classification

Steel shafts and solder joints, coatings, cooling lubricant and grinding dust, HSS tools in the same container. The more foreign materials, the lower the analysis.

Delimitation to grades pure

Collecting grades pure Widia indexable inserts and Solid-carbide drills more. Large massive parts run as carbide piece scrap.

This is how the parcel shipment works

Up to 1,000 kg you send carbide by DHL all over Germany: Choose grade, specify quantity, receive shipping label by e-mail, submit package – per parcel up to 31.5 kg, 6 euros per package will be charged with the payout. Double-packed edged carbide inside, keep cartons small.

From what amount is the collection worthwhile

From 500 kg we pick up Germany-wide with our own fleet. The collection costs are staggered after distance (40 to 350 euros) and are fixed before the trip. For barrels from manufacturing request an offer.

Delivery to Ludwigshafen

Industriestraße 4, 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, without appointment. Further delivery points will follow. The daily price is shown on the page Metal prices.

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing on calibrated scales, the weighing is yours. Payments are made within 24 hours, cash or by bank transfer; under 25 euros no sale is possible. In the event of major disbursements, the Money Laundering Act requires an ID card, commercially applies § 13b UStG. Choose the grade yourself; the classification takes place after analysis, calculated according to the actual grade.

If the scrap metal does not match the grade

Everyone can do something – so we don't just dispose of anything like that. If the test results in a different grade, we will contact you and You decideHow to proceed:

Adjust price – we evaluate according to the actually delivered grade.
Partial purchase – we buy the part that fits.
Return – the goods go back to you. You will bear the costs of the return.
Disposal – we dispose of the goods for you.
