We buy an electronic solder with around 60% tin (Sn60/Pb40) at the current price of tin 60 per kg.

Tin 60% is the classic electronic solder, as it has been used for decades in assembly and soldering baths. The tin content decides on the remuneration and is determined by an analysis. We buy from private and commercial customers, in Ludwigshafen am Rhein and throughout Germany.

What counts 60 % of tin

soldering wire and rods from electronics, residuals from soldering baths, exhausts from shaft soldering systems, soldering beads and return products from production. Remaining stocks from workshops and repair shops are also included here.

Typical seizure sites

Electronic manufacturing and repair, industrial soldering baths, training workshops, as well as stockpiles of electrical plants.

Which lowers the classification

Fluxes and colophonium, soldering varnishes, plastic coils, soldered components and iron adhesions. We classify solder with component residues lower than clean scrap metal.

Delimitation to neighbouring grades

We use tin-richer fine solder as Tin 90 %, tin-poor tin-lead lot as Tin 30 %. Those who deliver the grades separately also get the better set for the better; mixed containers we evaluate according to the weakest proportion.

Choose grade, specify quantity, receive shipping label, deliver package. Up to 1,000 kg you can sell your soldering tin without driving yourself – after the entrance we weigh, step in and pay out. The daily price is below Metal prices.

From what amount is the collection worthwhile

From 500 kg we pick up Germany-wide with our own fleet. The collection costs are staggered after distance and are fixed before the journey.

Delivery to Ludwigshafen

Industriestraße 4, 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, without appointment. On our recycling yard we look at the scrap metal together – This is how the delivery works. Further delivery points will follow.

Weighing and disbursement

Weighing on calibrated scales, the weighing is yours. Payment is made within 24 hours, cash or by bank transfer. In the event of major disbursements, the Money Laundering Act requires an ID card; if you deliver commercially, the tax debtor shall apply according to § 13b of the UStG.
