From what quantity

How much it costs
6 euros per package, charged with the payout. For three packages it is correspondingly three times 6 euros. At the receiving point, you pay nothing: The label is paid when it arrives at you. The packaging you put yourself — a sturdy carton from the warehouse suffices, one too large damages because heavy scrap metal wanders in it and travels the corners.
How long it takes
The label usually comes as a PDF within one working day by e-mail, per package one. DHL determines how long the packages are on the way; the shipment number is in the same email so that you can track the run yourself. Five working days after completion, we accept the goods at the agreed kiloprice. If the packages are left behind, we will remember once after five days; after 14 days we may cancel the process.
How the payout is running
After entering Ludwigshafen we weigh on calibrated scales, the weighing slip is yours. Within 24 hours of receipt, we pay less 6 euros per package. What grade and weight were counted is on the weighing slip and on the credit note. From 1,000 euros, the Money Laundering Act requires an ID card. We charge businesses by credit in accordance with § 14 para. 2 VATG, with the reference to § 13b para. 2 Nr. 7 VATG.

Questions about parcel shipping
What if the grade is classified differently?
The initial classification is done on sale by selecting the grade. It is calculated according to the actual grade. What grade and weight were counted is on the weighing slip and on the credit note; the weighing slip is yours. Separately packaged, labeled grades therefore regularly carry more than one mixed item.
When exactly is the money coming?
Within 24 hours of receipt of the weighing slip, by bank transfer or PayPal; 2 percent of the amount will be withheld from PayPal. With self-delivery in Ludwigshafen, it is possible on request to use cash at the scales. The money laundering law requires a valid ID card from 1,000 euros.
What if my package is heavier than 31.5 kg?
Then it is distributed over several packages. 31.5 kg is the limit per package at DHL, not the limit of this route: We calculate the required number and send a label for each package, up to the total limit of 1,000 kg per operation. You can only switch over to pick-up from 500 kg or delivery.
Where do I get the shipping label?
From us, usually within one working day after completion, as PDF by e-mail and per package of one. They stick it on and deliver the packages in a DHL branch or a parcel shop. You will pay nothing at the receiving point; the 6 euros per package will be charged later with the payment.
How long do I have to leave the packages?
For five working days, the kilo price agreed upon at the conclusion applies. If the packages are left behind, we will remember once after five days; after 14 days we may cancel the process. If you notice that it takes longer, you better get in touch with them first — a new label is created faster than a process is revived.
