What counts to Alu Guss clean

Aluminum casting clean is cast aluminium from engine parts, housings and gear parts: cylinder heads, oil trays, crankcases, transmission bells, pump and motor housings, belt discs. Clean means that steel parts are removed and no oil is left in the component.

Typical seizure sites

Automotive workshop and engine repair, transmission and pump service, mechanical engineering, foundry with cuddles and scrap.

Which lowers the classification

Cast-in steel bushings, valve seats, ball bearings and standing bolts, residual oil and cooling liquid, sealing compound, screw-on sensors and wire harnesses, paint and varnish on the housing.

Demarcation to rims and chips

Wheels are also cast, but run as Clean aluminium alloy wheels or Unclean aluminium alloy wheels. Casting chips from machining belong to: Aluminium chips base 5 %.

From what amount is the collection worthwhile

From 500 kg we come nationwide with our own fleet – in the engine repair a question of a few weeks. The collection costs are staggered after distance, 40 to 350 euros, and are fixed before the trip.
